And where you can get up-to-date info on Co-Vid 19
Scroll to read how we will be worshiping together following all Federal, State, Local, CDC and Susquehanna Conference guidelines.
To: Emanuel Loganville Church Fellowship:
We have opened our Church so that we can again return to worshipping our Father God, through His Son Jesus Christ, with the power of the Holy Spirit in fellowship with one another!
Here’s what you can expect when you come to our Church for worship:
• A Greeter will be at the entrance door to welcome you and to open the door
for you. You are asked to use the side Sunday School door.
• We ask that our congregants utilize the space in our sanctuary to meet
distancing guideline requirements.
• No Adult Sunday School until further notice.
• Bulletins will be available for you to pick-up.
• We are using our hymnals since it will be an entire week before they are used again.
• You are encouraged to refrain from physical contact—shaking hands,
embracing, and the passing of the peace.
• You are invited to wear a mask while entering and exiting the church.
Wearing a mask is encouraged but not required during worship. If you do not have a mask but want one, one will be provided upon entering the facility.
• Offering plates will not be passed during worship. An offering plate will be
on the counter near the sanctuary entrance for your regular giving.
• We will once again be celebrating the sacrament of Holy Communion on the first of each month. The sacrament will be distributed to all during the service.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the Church.
While we will take these precautions and make these preparations for Worship, we recognize there are those that still may not feel comfortable or safe gathering together with others for any number of reasons. We respect that choice and those decisions completely. Gathering in groups always carries inherent risks. Please let the Pastor know if you are uncomfortable coming to our Church.
If you have any concerns, questions, or would like to simply discuss our plans, feel
free to call the Pastor, or your church leadership so that we can fully understand your concerns. It is our goal to do whatever we can to ensure that each of you who
choose to gather can do so with the assurance that you are doing so in a very safe
manner.
We would also ask each of you to keep not only our own reopened Church, but
churches across our nation and all the world in your prayers as we seek God’s
blessing and guidance in all that we do.
Peace & Blessings,
Emanuel Church
